Both Travco-run listings we read follow the classic route: an early pickup across the Hurghada area, the road through the Red Sea Mountains, then Karnak, the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's temple and the Colossi of Memnon, with lunch in between. The small-group version adds a breakfast stop, a set-menu lunch at a five-star hotel and a motorboat across the Nile to the West Bank.

Included: hotel pickup and drop-off, guide, entry to three tombs in the Valley of the Kings, lunch and insurance; the small-group tour also lists entrance fees and water.
